Submission guidelines for author

    1. All abstracts and full papers must be submitted through the Online Submission System
    2. Author will get notification if abstract is accepted, then can download Letter of Acceptance (LoA) and Invoice for payment
    3. After the Author downloads the LoA and Invoice, can immediately make payments to the Committee Account
    4. Author uploads proof of payment via conference web
    5. Author sends the full paper through the Online Submission System

Peer Review Process

      The article submission system is done through the international conference web at https://icite.upy.ac.id/. Articles submitted must follow the format (template) provided. Article submission requirements are as follows.

A. The submitted article must be free from plagiarism.

B. The submitted article is a work that has never been published in other media

C. The submitted article follows the scope of the conference.

         The editorial team conducts this selection process by taking into account the suitability of the scientific field between the article and the editor. Each article is selected by experts in their fields, according to their respective scientific fields, articles that pass are very good and quality articles. Articles that pass according to predetermined criteria are then shared with reviewers for input and improvement. Reviewers carry out the review process of incoming articles in accordance with their fields of expertise. Reviewers only provide advice and input to the editor whether the article is suitable for publication or not.

          The review process is carried out using a single-blind review process system. The review process is carried out where the author does not know who the reviewer has reviewed the article. Meanwhile, the reviewer knows the author’s name and affiliation. After the review process is carried out and the article has received suggestions and input, the author must make improvements in accordance with these suggestions and input. If it has been improved, the author sends the article back to the editorial team for presentation at the conference. The article will then be sent to the publisher for publication
